Muscat from Alsace
History
Two varieties of Muscat are cultivated in Alsace. Muscat said "à petits grains" or "Muscat d'Alsace" appeared in Alsace in the early sixteenth century (it is also cited by the great Alsace poet Fischart ). The Muscat Ottonel appeared in Alsace in the mid-nineteenth century.

Color
The wine is light yellow color with light silvery glints.
Nose

In the Vineyards
Muscat is ideally planted on well -exposed slopes . White Muscat " à petits grains " or " Muscat d' Alsace" is well suited to calcareous soils. The Muscat Ottonel is an early varietal, with low acidity and very fine aromas. (Read next more)
