PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: A round wheel of gently smoked Superior goat's cheese, made in a gouda style.  The smoking gives the cheese a subtle almost caramel smell with rich flavours.  The base cheese is mild, smooth and creamy young goat's cheese with a slight tang.  Best aged two months and over.
VISUAL APPEARANCE: Waxed outer coat with pale white inner paste and a caramel colour on the outside.
AROMA: Slight smell of goat cheese and caramel smoke.
FLAVOUR: Subtle caramel smoked flavor and creamy flavour of the cheese that is long lasting with a slight tang.
TEXTURE: Creamy, dense, smooth texture.
