How to order?

​​Please note that we offer our products and services only to professional sellers in the UK, as well as to foreign importers who have all the necessary permissions and licenses. First, you must register on our website, contact for open account and provide us with all the necessary information about you and your company for our confirmation of possible cooperation. After receiving our official confirmation and opening an account you will be able to place orders for our goods and services at any time page Warehouse.

Delivery?

We sell our goods on EXW terms in our warehouse. We cooperate with different shipping services company for deliver our wine and foods to post code address in the England, Wales and Scotland for next day but by COVID restriction can be  some delay, depending on the quantity of the ordered goods and the delivery point. After receiving your order, we will contact you and inform you of the date of delivery of the goods to the address you specified.

Before delivery to foreign importers, we carry out all the necessary services (sticker of excise stamps and labels, packaging and labeling, customs clearance and temporary storage, insurance), we deliver by agreement of the parties for exporting goods, depending on the requirements of the country of the importer. Terms and conditions of export delivery are always negotiated additionally.

Secure?

​​For security reasons, we supply our wine & foods to companies which are approved by law for legal business. The goods are stored in a special warehouse under the necessary storage conditions, the transportation of goods is carried out by professional carriers who have the necessary experience and permissions.

How to return the products?

Claims are accepted according to the approved rules and conditions of sale.
