VISUAL APPEARANCE: Waxed outer coat with pale white inner paste and a caramel colour on the outside.
AROMA: Slight smell of goat cheese and caramel smoke.
FLAVOUR: Subtle caramel smoked flavor and creamy flavour of the cheese that is long lasting.
TEXTURE: Creamy and moist texture.
