PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:   A round wheel (or half) of mild, crumbly and creamy young goat's cheese, made in a Dales/cheddar style.  Best aged over two months.
VISUAL APPEARANCE - Waxed outer coat with bright white inner paste.
AROMA - Slight smell of goat cheese.
FLAVOUR - Creamy flavour that is long lasting.
TEXTURE - Creamy, dense and moist texture.
