The Fondations 1910 cuvée lays the foundations of Champagne Pointillart-Leroy. Established in the
village of Écueil at 4 rue de Villers-aux-Noeuds for more than 100 years, the family has always maintained its love for the family house. To show how much the family is attached to this place of
history, the Fondations 1910 cuvée was created and this combination of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay will guide you through time.
 
Fondations 1910 has a luminous and fluid hue,  which is pale straw-yellow in colour with silver-
yellow highlights.
 
The nose is delicate and fruity and evokes notes of vineyard peach, quince, lemon and flavours 
of acacia and mimosa. The champagne aeration allows to reveal notes of almond, fresh hazelnut, 
passion fruits, pear, cherry and plum.
 
The entry in the palate is clean and fresh with creamy and polished bubbles. Fondations 1910 
develops a fruity and pulpy structure highlighted by the acidity of lemon. The clay-sand minerality 
brings cleanness, fruity volume, saltiness and a  long-lasting mouth. The whole both expresses 
some greediness and a long-lasting juicy and salt finish.
 
WINE AND FOOD PAIRING
- Shavings of Parmesan cheese matured during 24 to 30 months.
- Thick slice of roasted zander served with creamy Parmesan cheese risotto.
- Poached fattened chicken breast served with smoked parsnip purée.
 
DOSAGE
Dosage made from a 7 g/l homemade liqueur.

  • PURCHASE PROCESS IN ONLINE STORE

    Information about the stages and the purchase process through our online store

    Step 1 - Selection of goods and confirmation by the buyer of the order.

    Step 2 - The buyer receives an e-mail notification of the acceptance of his order for execution with the amount, name, quantity and delivery address.

    Step 3 - Processing of the buyer's order: booking goods in a warehouse in Europe and the UK, checking (clarifying) the address and delivery costs, preparing an invoice (Pro Forma) for the order amount and sending an invoice to the buyer's e-mail for payment by bank transfer.

    Step 4 - Verify receipt of payment for the order from the customer and arrange for delivery of the order to the customer (booking bottle packaging and handing over to FedEx / TNT courier delivery)

    Step 5 - Sending the order by courier mail to the buyer and information on the e-mail of the buyer about the fulfillment of the order with FedEx confirmation of the shipment number.

  • SPECIAL NOTE PRE-ORDER

    Due to the resulting delays in transport and delivery from Europe, the quantity of goods in the UK warehouse is currently limited, we may need some time to deliver it from our warehouse in France, so all goods can only be purchased by prior order. If the goods are not available at the warehouse, we will deliver them to you, we will inform you about the delivery time and only after the goods arrive at our warehouse in the UK, we will send an invoice to pay for the ordered goods.
